The Parks Main Street contracted a Retail Market Analysis of the Riggs Park and Manor Park neighborhoods. This report includes an analysis of existing retail conditions in both areas and identifies future retail opportunities expected from demographic and development projections. Forward-looking recommendations are proposed to help best support and enhance the vibrancy and commercial stability of both areas.
